Shipping policy

Where do we ship? 

All orders are shipped out of our production facility in Conroe, Texas. We ship to businesses and homes in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as Cananda. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times are estimates and vary depending on peak seasons. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once your package has been fulfilled, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is on its way with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the UPS or FedEx tracking system. For other shipping or tracking questions once your package is in transit, please contact UPS or FedEx directly.

What days do we ship?

To ensure your pies and baked goods arrive as fresh as possible, orders are only shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 9:00AM on Thursday will be shipped on Monday. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer UPS and FedEx as our primary shipping carriers for all orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method at checkout.

How fast will my order arrive? (see map below)

  • UPS Ground: Delivery typically within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days.

  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery within 1 business day.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • PEAK SEASON (October - January): During our peak holiday season, we, as well as our carrier UPS, experience a much higher order and shipping volume. During instances of higher than usual volume, processing times are subject to change and Pie in the Sky Pie Co cannot guarantee the time of delivery as this is all subject to the local carrier. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive 2+ days before your event. Our pies can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.  Please contact us for more details if you have any concerns.

Pie in the Sky Pie Co waives any guarantees and/or refunds to orders delivered before or after expected delivery dates.

What if I inputted the wrong shipping address?

If you have entered the wrong shipping address prior to us shipping out your order, please contact us immediately and let us know the correct recipient name and address. We will change this information for you.

However, if you notice that there is a mistake with your address and your package has already been sent, contact UPS and attempt an address change or request that the package be held for pick up as we cannot change an address once the package has been sent.
