Refund policy

At Pie in the Sky Pie Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, freshly baked goods and ensuring they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@pieintheskypieco.com. To expedite your request, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and the damaged/incorrect items

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the claims process.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because we bake fresh to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Allergen & Quality Disclaimer

Our products are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Taste preferences and minor imperfections (such as slight variations in appearance) do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
